Current situation of air compressor station: There are 9 air compressors in one air compressor station, with a total installed capacity of 9340Kw. A set of pipe network system covers all gas units.

Problem diagnosis, the main problems are as follows:

· The ventilation system of the air compressor station room is poor and the negative pressure is large;

· Low operating efficiency of air compressor groups

· Unreasonable dew-point control mode of dryer

· Insufficient buffering capacity of compressed air

· Pressure fluctuation of compressed air system is too large

· Local supply of terminal gas pressure is greater than demand

We have designed and implemented 9 optimization measures to address the above problems. At present, the energy saving rate of the project has reached 14.5%. It is expected that the energy saving rate will increase by about 10% in the future, and the energy saving rate will reach about 25% in the future.
