Job Requirements:

Project MGR (Engineering Centre)

Job Functions: Manage engineering projects, ensure the achievement of project objectives, and constantly improve the company's engineering project management level.

Bachelor degree or above, major in automation control, mechatronics, electrical automation, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the organization, overall planning and management of engineering projects, and overall management of the whole process of implementation of construction projects;

2. Optimized the allocation and dynamic management of project resources; responsible for the construction progress, quality, safety and cost of the project; guided the implementation of the project; monitored and promoted the process of the project; supervised and checked the progress and quality of the project;

3. Responsible for organizing the preparation of project management implementation plan, construction organization design, quality plan, etc., organizing and handling engineering design changes, budget adjustment and other related work;

4. Participate in the feasibility study of the project in the early stage, participate in the demonstration, preliminary design, countersign and review of the construction drawing design of the project;

5. Maintain the cooperative relationship with Party A of the project, keep communication channels open, and ensure the completion of the company's project on schedule;

6. Coordinate with relevant departments to solve technical changes or difficult technical problems on the construction site.

Electrical automatic control engineer

Job responsibilities: Responsible for the technical research and development, technical testing and on-site technical support of electrical automatic control (mainly automatic control), complete the preparation of electrical automatic control schemes and bidding documents, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. Good character, under 35 years old, full-time bachelor degree or above in automation control, mechatronics, electrical automation or related major;

2. More than 5 years of pre-sales experience in electrical automatic control projects, familiar with design procedures of electrical and automatic control schemes, standards and specifications of automatic control systems, familiar with metering instruments, familiar with equipment selection, have independent experience in writing technical schemes and technical standards; Pre-sales workers with experience in industrial automation, building automation, intelligent building, energy regulatory platform, etc. are preferred.

Hvac Engr (Tech Centre)

Job Functions: Provide HVAC professional technical support, including pre-sales support, program design and tender document preparation.

Job Requirements:

1. Carried out field investigation and energy-saving diagnosis of heating and air conditioning;

2. Prepare energy-saving technical solutions and provide HVAC professional technical support;

3. Deepen the design drawing, compile bidding documents, and cooperate with the construction bidding;

4. Cooperate with the implementation of professional commissioning and on-site guidance;

5. Assist in the compilation of project completion data;

6. Constantly update, understand and learn energy-saving technical information and technical information in the field of thermal energy, HVAC, and air conditioning, and improve personal technical ability.

Administrative front desk

Job Requirements:

1. Elegant, standard Mandarin, bachelor degree or above in Chinese, administration or related major

2. More than 1 year working experience in the administrative front desk, familiar with daily office software and office equipment;

3. Good character, honest and dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, work initiative, strong executive force, strong affinity, strong communication and coordination ability.
