The forming and vulcanization process of the tire manufacturing industry uses more concentrated gas, and the hose joint, solenoid valve and FRL triplet are very intensive. After a certain number of years, the leakage situation begins to become serious. Due to the loud noise on site, there are many dew points. Without the assistance of equipment, it is impossible to quickly and accurately find the dew point and mark it.

By comparing the original unit of air compressor power consumption/tire output, the energy consumption of air compressor decreased by 25% from July 2019 to August 2020.
