Current situation of air compressor station: There are 9 air compressors in one air compressor station, with a total installed capacity of 9340Kw. A set of pipe network system covers all gas units.

Problem diagnosis, the main problems are as follows:

The ventilation system of the air compressor station room is poor, and the negative pressure is large;

The operation efficiency of air compressor group is low

The dew-point control mode of dryer is unreasonable

Compressed air buffer capacity is insufficient

The pressure fluctuation of the compressed air system is too large

Local supply of gas pressure at the end is greater than the demand

We have designed and implemented 9 optimization measures to address the above problems. At present, the energy saving rate of the project has reached 14.5%. It is expected that the energy saving rate will increase by about 10% in the future, and the energy saving rate will reach about 25% in the future.
